Defective Product Returns:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective products. A product is considered defective if it is damaged upon arrival or does not function as intended.
Notification: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, include photos to help us expedite your request.
Return Process:
Once we confirm that the product is eligible for a return, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the product.
Products returned without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds or Replacements:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or non-defective items. Please ensure that you review product descriptions and instructions before use
