Cyrotherapy

Cryotherapy is a safe, effective, and minimally invasive procedure, suitable for removing small benign skin lesions like warts, skin tags, seborrhoeic keratoses and actinic keratoses. It uses liquid nitrogen to freeze and destroy unwanted tissue with minimal discomfort, with typically good healing, leaving little to no scarring. Multiple session may be required.

Electrocautery is a safe and effective procedure, suitable for small, superficial skin lesions, such as milia, angioma, sebaceous hyperplasia, skin tags and dermatosis papulosa nigra. It uses controlled heat to remove the lesion under local anaesthetic, with minimal discomfort and typically good healing, and usually no scarring.

This intervention used for small, raised moles on the skin’s surface, such as wart, non pigmented intradermal nevi seborrheic keratosis, larger angiomas , pyogenic granuloma. It is performed under local anaesthetic, is quick with minimal discomfort, and usually heals well with a low risk of scarring, following clinical assessment.
Surgical Excision with Stitches

Surgical excision is suitable for larger or deeper moles and skin lesions. It is performed under local anaesthetic, with stitches used to close the wound after complete removal. This method is commonly used for larger moles, atypical moles, cysts, dermatofibromas, and other deeper lesions, following clinical assessment.
