Tretinoin / Azelaic Acid / Niacinamide Cream is a hypoallergenic cream that is a combination of prescription drug products that has been designed to treat rosacea and acne vulgaris. Although over-the-counter treatments may be effective for mild cases of acne, more persistent cases necessitate more potent treatments. Additionally, it is challenging to identify a single product that is effective in the treatment of both acne vulgaris and rosacea. Tretinoin

Tretinoin, also known as all-trans-retinoic acid (ATRA), is a naturally occurring derivative of vitamin A (or retinol) that enhances cell turnover. Tretinoin is administered as a topical treatment for mild to moderate acne (e.g., grades I-III), photodamaged skin, and keratinisation disorders, including ichthyosis and keratosis follicularis. Azelaic acid

Azelaic acid is a naturally occurring substance that is present in wheat, rye, and barley. It is also naturally produced by a specific fungus that is present on human skin. Azelaic acid is applied topically to treat rosacea, acne vulgaris, and other inflammatory skin conditions. It has been demonstrated to be significantly more effective than metronidazole in alleviating rosacea symptoms. It is believed that it functions by preventing the growth of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and eliminating them, although the mechanism of action is not entirely clarified. Niacinamide is the physiologically active form of niacin (vitamin B3). Niacinamide is applied topically to alleviate a variety of skin conditions, such as acne vulgaris, bullous pemphigoid, IgA bullous dermatosis, and pruritus (itching), due to its powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
